I had a great first experience at this Bank of America location. Paul helped me open my new account today, and I really appreciated how friendly, professional, and attentive he was. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make the whole process easy and comfortable. The customer service was excellent, and I felt very welcome. Tried to cash a $10,000 check today drawn on a business account of which I am the VP of operations, they would not allow me to cash the check because they said “it was over their limit for a customer that did not have a personal checking account with them.” Thank you, Bank of America for reminding me of why I closed my personal checking account with your institution, years ago.
Drive through ATM is easy and convenient exiting to highways.
Not sure why the low ratings — I had a great experience thanks to Jessy and Robin. They were both incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful.
