I've been a BOA client OVER 18yrs. I'm desperately trying to reach a Banker at this Branch. I can NEVER get an appointment time, NO ONE EVER answers the damn phone!! I'm home bound with Cancer. Coming in takes some doing. What's it take for a long standing client to get service?
I was told I needed my physical social security card for scanning, even though I had my REAL ID, US passport card, and many debit/cards in my name. Turns out they don’t even scan the social security card.

When my brother, who banked with BofA in another state passed, I went in to this branch for help sorting out his affairs. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I was so pleased with the way I was treated and how informative the staff were about what was needed. If I hadn't been with my own bank for 25 years, I would switched to this bank.
