Good bank, I've been with then for about 12 years and don't have any issues
When my brother, who banked with BofA in another state passed, I went in to this branch for help sorting out his affairs. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I was so pleased with the way I was treated and how informative the staff were about what was needed. If I hadn't been with my own bank for 25 years, I would switched to this bank.
After calling 3 times over a couple of weeks and never getting anyone to answer. I stopped by and actually went in to withdraw some cash and asked the teller, "you guys keep emailing me ads about car financing, Im interested in seeing what rate I qualify for, please have someone call me" After verifying my vehicle info and cell #, I left... 2 weeks ago & still no call. I just got another email this morning though..
Very nice lady
I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Horrible customer service. 1 teller and the customer line was 10 people deep. I asked the guy in the suit if he could help his reply “I’m a loan officer” and was not willing to help. This location has always had horrible customer service and the branch management should take interest that their reviews are so bad.
