Very poor communication options. I had a simple question, specific to this location and needed to talk to a BoA representative. Nobody answered the phone but the automatic response was that there are too many other customers on the line. There is no option to wait or get a call back. My call was just disconnected. Do we need an appointment for every simple question we have?! So frustrating.
