Cristy was amazing professional and so helpful when helping me put together broken bills. Not only was she completely dedicated to making sure I retrieved all my money but she took the time to put the tiniest pieces together. Bank of America is blessed to have such amazing awesome bank teller.Â

Very poor communication options. I had a simple question, specific to this location and needed to talk to a BoA representative. Nobody answered the phone but the automatic response was that there are too many other customers on the line. There is no option to wait or get a call back. My call was just disconnected. Do we need an appointment for every simple question we have?! So frustrating.Â
