I had a great interaction with Sonam today. I had a situation that I needed to be resolved on my account and she took a ton of her time to help me. She was helpful, patient and so kind. I feel so lucky she approached me today to help me. I left feeling taken care of! :)
Minh Le and Vicki are great. I mostly deal with these two people when I do my banking. They are both awesome people. Very nice and respectful. Again I have never had any issues with any any of the people there. All the people there have been very helpful. My daughter even uses Bank of America. She has never had any issues. Way to go everyone. You all are awesome.
Don’t stop here. Run away. The worst customer service from the most unprofessional crew. Horrible attitude because they basically don’t know what to do.

I talked with Vicky today and she is fantastic. We had a wonderful conversation and I told her how much I value interactions like that. It’s what keeps me coming back to this location. Vicky is a superstar and a fantastic ambassador for the company. She helped me with my transaction and all went very smoothly. Keep up the amazing work!!!
