My experience with Soman Dickey at this branch was unacceptable. She showed a complete lack of knowledge about handling business accounts and treated me with open disrespect. Her behavior was dismissive and borderline discriminatory, clearly targeting me because English is not my first language. This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and reflects poorly on Bank of America.
