Gm/managers should be embarrassed about how poorly this place is ran
I drove 45 minutes to this bank location since it is the closest branch near me. I waited in line for 20 minutes and was told by the male teller behind the counter he could not fax my paperwork to claims because he was brand new and did not know how to fax paperwork. I was told I would have to wait for the manager and he could not tell me how long my wait would be. I ended up walking out and had to pay the ups store to complete my fax.
If I could give zero I would!!!!! They are scammers!!!! They convinced me to open investment account that’ll pay 5% yearly. After awhile I saw that there isn’t any movement and I came in to inquire. They told me that after 3 months it changed to 0.1% !!!! This scammers costed us thousands of dollars. And when you go in the branch and try talking to them it’s just lie after lie after lie. Stay away and keep your money at another place.
Do not agree with the hold on State issued checks from L&I. Customer service said that the sate should zelle? Glad to know that training is not to market standards. What a joke.. will be closing my account.. strike 3 for B of A..
