I don’t know why the reviews are low. This has been the most pleasant banking experience. They were so kind and patient and took care of us. The bank was very clean and they provided quick and great customer service.

Sheila since I walked in was just AMAZING, very kind, super helpful, she helped me with an issue that I have with my debit card and she went extra mile!!!!!!! She did everything possible to helped me, I love her costumer service, if you have to do something at the bank do not hesitate to go with her!!!!! She is just the best!!!! Thanks Sheila again !!! I recently flew to the Tampa area to visit my brother who’s not feeling well and I needed to help him with his finances so I went to Bank of America. I called the office and received an appointment within a few hours. I went to my appointment and was met by Briana Sanders. My issue was somewhat difficult but it didn’t matter to Briana.
