Unfortunately, they have a guy who is super rude, terrible service
They LIED to me about a check deposit. Said they would be told by the computer in the moment if it had to be put on hold. They said I was good and that the funds would be in my account the next day at 9am. I got an email 2 hours later saying "Oh no, actually, we put it on hold anyway and it may be returned" Because of this I'm not longer going to bank with this POS bank. They're liars. They're thieves. The worst managed Bank of America I have ever visited. The AtM machine are always having mechanical issues I have visited a few times my card got stuck in the ATM machine at one time it wouldn't except my cash deposit. They remodeled the outside ATMS I thought it was the better more efficient not a chance still having problems.very unprofessional.
The atm took my money . I had to wait 4 days to get my money and I really needed it to pay some bills off. I received no sort of compensation for the inconvenience .
