Was about to visit this branch (in spite of the terrible reviews) because it's just so close to me. But after reading how robotic/AI generated EVERY SINGLE RESPONSE from them has been to all of these bad reviews let's me know that not only are they terrible but that they don't even respect customers enough for organic responses. I'll drive 20 minutes outta my way to avoid them. I feel like I've dodged the biggest pothole of all time.
My elderly mother has been backing with BOA for decades. She always goes into the branch as she isn’t computer proficient and has difficulty with ATMs. She is always greeted by Andrew Buzolich. He always assists her with her banking needs. I live far from her so it’s been a relief knowing she has a trusted banking advisor when she visits. Thank you Andrew for taking such good care of her!

They cant even cash a payroll check. Thanks Bank of America. You cashed it just fine two weeks ago. ** and I dont need your two cents Bank of America. If you even wanted to respond to my comment. I want no response I want what I've been doing*** which is cashing my payroll check!!!
Branch won’t allow basic banking functions such as depositing a check!! I’ve been with the bank for years and seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere! Update: Eventually after some time waiting for the manager he agreed to deposit the check.
