Fourth plain branch is severely understaffed, while I can understand that what I can't understand for the life of me sitting in there waiting patiently to speak to a banker and not one of them can greet me or maybe they don't have vocal cords. Very rude and disrespectful even if u can't help someone right away acknowledge their presence. So after sitting for about 15-20 and bankers continue to walk past me I got up and walked out. This was at the fourth plain branch.
The branch manager at this location was extremely rude to me and refused to pull cash out for me at the counter, even though I wanted an odd amount Weds August 13th 9 am. I hate that this is the only location near downtown vancouver unless I go to oregon. Either was its a 30 minute bus ride for terrible rude service every time
