Zero the worst help ever the lady with black hair has no people skills i dont know how she works there gives bad aditude and loos at you with anger. Please go to another location. Also the bank manager did not step inn to ask what kind of help we needed and just staid in her desk. Zero stars.
Wow what rude customer service. The manager here is a piece of work. Was told to come in to get a problem fixed, that we needed help from the bank. Well the rude man wouldn't even look at the account to see the problem. Wouldn't even listen to the problem. Told me I was yelling. I wish I would have yelled at him he deserved it for his ignorance. I got 150-200 k flowing through my business every year. They blocked my account over nothing . Made me go to the brunch to show my ID. Account was not unlocked , made me call again. And here im 1 hour at hold again. Hilarious. Gonna go to Chase , my wife has 0 issues there . That is just ridiculous
I am very pleased with the service of this bank, especially Ellen, she is very patient, very well explains!!! I recommend it!!!
