I wanted to give a BIG thank you to both Hanalei & Ellie for their assistance on 11/25/24, it was very much appreciated. Their customer service was over the top, outstanding. Horror. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Becoming a client of this bank was the biggest mistake for me. It is very sad, I think that the employees of this bank are scammers. They charged me money and didn't even want to help me and explain what happened. When the workers realized that I don't speak English very well, they still made fun of me.
