The worst service I've ever received in my life. I arrived and waited about 15 minutes, and the person on the phone kept talking to a customer. What were they talking about? Nothing (garbage). No one helped me; I just went to another bank. If you want to resolve your bills the same day and quickly, go to Regions Bank. Not only will they issue your card instantly, but they will treat you wonderfully.
Not recommending this location at all. Long line but only 1 teller available. Also there was only 1 banker working. I waited a long time in queue for the banker and when it’s finally my turn, she just ignored me and just took in another person who came after me instead. So I told teller (who turned out to be the manager there) and she just apologized for the banker and I had to wait until the banker is done with the other person who came after me. So unprofessional.
