Bank was under staffed due to sick employees but those that were working handled themselves incredibly professional and composed despite a large line of people.

Horrible service. The customer service reps working there pick and choose whom they want to help based on language and what type of help the customer needs. The management there definitely needs to be replaced along with the customer service reps.
Never had a good experience here. Always long lines. Never enough tellers. Slowest employees with zero customer service skills.
