It just funny how workers in this branch acting stupid by rejecting to make a cashier check saying I have to have my debit card with me. I always do it without my debit card with me. Right away I called customer service to make sure about it or if they change their policy they said NO!!!!!they can make me one without my debit card with me just give them my id that’s all.

Customer service at this location is laughable
This bank is a complete nightmare. Two of our appointments got canceled at the last moment, the processes are awfully rigid, and when we asked for help from our "advisor" M, you are just told to go online fix it yourself. Or to call the help desk. And of course, the online help doesn't work (404 errors and numerous bugs). I would never recommend BOA, and this place.
Limited hours. Saturday closed. Weekdays till 4PM. please extend hours and Keep open on Saturdays
