Customer service at this location is laughable
This bank is a complete nightmare. Two of our appointments got canceled at the last moment, the processes are awfully rigid, and when we asked for help from our "advisor" M, you are just told to go online fix it yourself. Or to call the help desk. And of course, the online help doesn't work (404 errors and numerous bugs). I would never recommend BOA, and this place.
Limited hours. Saturday closed. Weekdays till 4PM. please extend hours and Keep open on Saturdays
I love my Bank of America on Woodward and the people that work there! My Merrill Financial Advisor, Keith Wagner, is honest, to the point, and extremely good at his job. Everyone that I have spoken to at this location has always been respectful and sweet. Thanks for the courtesy and awesome customer service!
Terrible! I was told I'd get one rate and went through the whole process just to be told I was getting a much higher rate because I was a couple days outside the promotion that I was quoted. Just lost a month of my time, what a waste!
