Racist. Rude. Calling corporate. They stop and interrogate brown people before entering but the not brown people get to walk right inside no questions.
Three days ago, my fixed deposit matured. I had planned to transfer the funds to my checking account to prepare for purchasing a car. Today, I took half a day off work to visit the bank and handle this transaction. (In 2024, when a previous deposit matured, I failed to transfer the funds to my checking account within the 7-day grace period and was fined over $30.)
