I've been to several Bank of America branches in the area, but this one stands out. The reason is Josh, the bank manager who always seems to be at the front greeting customers as they come in. He's got a great personality and makes everyone feel welcome. What really sets Josh apart is his commitment to helping his customers resolve issues.
