I wanted to say thank you to Housain,(forgive my spelling) he took exceptional care of my 85 year old Mom and myself..he took care of all our needs..he came in like Superman..and with patience and kindness, he resolved all our issues.I highly recommend this bank.I would leave 10 stars.
Called to see if I could cash large checks drawn off bank of america, even told the guy the amounts. Turn around, drive the other way to get there, and the woman at the counter tells me phone guy lied and they cnt cash anything like that for non members.
I would like to say thank you so much to one of your relationship banker for helping with my banking information until it was completed to my satisfaction. . Being a season customer made me feel my problems was his. So this is what makes me stay a loyal customer at Bank of America. Thank you Hussin.

Racist. Rude. Calling corporate. They stop and interrogate brown people before entering but the not brown people get to walk right inside no questions.
