This branch is clearly understaffed or no one wants to help. To keep it brief: I initially came in and was told I needed to make an appointment. I returned at my scheduled time, but the representative assisting me wasn’t sure how to update my business EIN, and the bank manager was on vacation. After about 45 minutes, another employee pulled her away to the teller counter, leaving me waiting for an additional 15 minutes with no explanation. I wanted to say thank you to Housain,(forgive my spelling) he took exceptional care of my 85 year old Mom and myself..he took care of all our needs..he came in like Superman..and with patience and kindness, he resolved all our issues.I highly recommend this bank.I would leave 10 stars.
