Been banking with these people for over 10 years I run a small business and I have always loved Bank of I recently had to change the name of my business not really a big deal. They made me open a new account and did not take into consideration that I’ve been with them for the past 10 years. They won’t even assign me a real small business Baker they wouldn’t approve me for a new credit card on my new business account even though they told me they would take a new account all my past bills I have exceptional credit. I don’t have an account here, any more, as the relationship manager of the bank was able to assist and guide me through the fraud process for Identify Theft. She was extremely polite, followed through and made me consider banking here. Considering the reviews; I only share my limited frustrated but satisfied experience with BoA.
