Went to the bank just now. Found out this morning that my checking account was wiped out and put into negative numbers. Tried to talk to someone to stop the illegal transaction and manager Janine said I would have to make an appointment. So she is allowing someone to steal my money because she wanted to discuss her vacation plans instead of helping a customer. ?!?! Terrible bank manager. And thanks for not helping your customer or stopping a crime. AWSOME job!
Worst customer service ever. One bank employee behind the counter, no one else to help the customers after 12minutes waiting in the line, nobody cares to help the customers waiting a long time there, instead other employees just chatting behind counter. Avoid do any business in this Bank of America branch.
