The teller I had to deal with today was absolutely horrible her attitude her everything. Completely unacceptable

I had the displeasure of meeting with Jennifer Sarsfield at this location who was both unsympathetic and condescending in dealing with the POA on my deceased father’s account.
The worst experience i had. Went there to open new account, first lady who helped us messed up and wasted an hour without telling us what has gone wrong. Visited again, another lady helped us but did not follow back after our application was rejected. It was rejected and no reason was provided but i know these people messed up our application and wasted our time. Very unhappy with the service.. never going back to this location.
