Trang Vu provided excellent customer service with setting up my bank account throughout my visit. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. She made the entire process smooth and easy to understand, and I really appreciated her patience and attention to detail. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend working with her if you visit this Bank of America branch!

Worst customer service. There was a long line of customers waiting, and the trailer guy just walked away without helping anyone. Completely unprofessional and very frustrating.
Good place with multiple ATMs. Sort of difficult access with a vehicle as it is located at a busy intersection. But there are ways to avoid the worst of it by going toward the parking lot of the adjacent shopping center using the access road.
I was given excellent service from Chelsea. I truly grateful for all the support I received. I know how dedicated she was in assisting me and Annandale team was also wonderful and very welcoming.
