Terrible Hours to do banking need to be open on a Saturday and longer on evenings
Customer service is top notch. Relationship manager was able to answer all my questions
Deposit a check at the front desk, the teller states that money will be shown on account after a day. In the end it was on hold and took total of 10 days to be available. And it took me more than an hour on phone with customer service to understand this. I felt helpless and disappointed with the help from BofA. I wish this is a single case, but doesn’t seem like it.
