Very poor customer service. I was doing a cash advance and for some reason or another the teller tells me that it’s not reading my card. I told her I do this often with out a problem and it always works. She smirked and said “ we’ll not today. She proceeded to swipe it again and it seemed as though it was working then it declined my transaction. She thought it be nice to smirk and say declined out loud.
