I cashed a check. My wife wanted to open a checking account. We were informed to sit down. And we sat while other people were served. We left. Tried to call on the way to another bank and was put on extended hold until I hung up. Since there are so many banks with much better rates, BOA should be much more customer friendly. And I'll be pulling money out of my account when I get home!
I brought my MIL to this brach to setup an estate account. We were in and out in an hour. Monali is who helped us and she made it a personable experience considering the circumstances. I would highly recommend this branch. Excellent customer service!
