I just opened my bank account, I went inside the bank I asked how I could open a bank account and that I needed help and they immediately helped me. Everything was very easy and I thank the two people who helped me especially Cailah Tolbert because she attended me and explained everything about opening a bank account , she also helped me how to use the app and what I can do with the app, she was very friendly and I love the connection that me and her had. I loved everything thank you very much Bank of America.
I had a very odd and specific problem and I went in and explained it and they immediately were helpful and Khristine had me taken care of within about 15 or 20 minutes, I’m very grateful for the determination to figure out what was going on with my account.
THIS is the real “Kerry Denis” with 1 N lol Silly guys. But overall great center great ppl overall. Never experienced poor service at all. Never had anything bad to say.
