I made an appointment online for 10 am and was refused to be seen. Wouldn't even come talk to me. Even though i had the 1st appt when the doors opened they took a walkin before me. I was told by the teller that my tranaction would take more than 30 minutes so I had to reschedule online for a longer time slot for another day. I left and sent to boa in Livonia and they assisted with no hesitation.
I would like to thank Vladimir Polakov for his excellent work and high professionalism. Vladimir is a very pleasant person and a knowledgeable expert who helped me open an account and become a client of the Bank of America. I will definitely recommend Vladimir to all my friends. Vladimir can consult clients in English and Russian.
The staff if very nice & accomdating. Think is that there are never enough tellers - usually only one. Makes waiting in line very frustrating. It is not the teller’s fault- they are doing the best they can under circumstances of being only teller.
No bank manager to assist in override. Horrible process they have going on.
