They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff but have not been properly staffed for a long time. Expect to wait a half hour if you go to deposit something during normal business hours edit after reading comment: if it was important to you and doing right by your customers you would make a change, instead you will see how much you can save by doing wrong by the people who choose to bank with you.

I made an appointment online for 10 am and was refused to be seen. Wouldn't even come talk to me. Even though i had the 1st appt when the doors opened they took a walkin before me. I was told by the teller that my tranaction would take more than 30 minutes so I had to reschedule online for a longer time slot for another day. I left and sent to boa in Livonia and they assisted with no hesitation.
