Be weary of this bank. They quite literally either lied to me, or somehow didn’t know the one thing they’re trained to learn. I was straight up told that increasing the line of credit of my credit card (soft inquiry) hurts my credit score more than opening a new credit account (hard inquiry). It’s quite literally the opposite. I’m not sure if they get a bonus every time they open a new account with a client, but I was lied to (specifically client specialist Maya). I came in for a product change, was signed up for a new card and then told that product changes could not be done for credit cards. Now I have another card that I do not want. Why wasn't I told product changes could not be done for credit cards from the start. That's why I said I was there. Unbelievable.
Finally found an atm that takes $100 bills!! It takes them sideways instead of vertically. Unfortunately, only one drive thru atm here though.
thank you to you and English Gardens for keeping your parking lot paved but directly behind you is a many mass potholes and behind Tim Hortons, Which affects customers coming to the back of your ATM machine. It doesn't take much to call the road commission or the owner of the property. Also, I would highly highly recommend a second ATM machine since the Maple/Farmington customers are coming your way.
