BOA is horrible! You can't get help with mobile banking. Period! I try to call to get assistance because I can't log in on my new device but, they keep trying to send a validation code within the mobile app! Ridiculous. Will be closing my account as fast as I possibly can!!!
I was so frustrated that I could not pull my money out. Well next time I have to use the right PIN. But this ATM access was easy compared to many locations.
The worst bank ever. They had my customer on the phone for over an hour just to verify a check at a check cashing place. And this was after they told me they couldn’t cash it because I was a nonmember and it was over the nonmembers limit. Like what in the world. I always have problems with them. Like why wouldn’t you cash the check if you can see and if the funds are available?? That’s all that should matter.
