This branch consists of 3 to 4 employees looking at you while you wait for the teller to get free. We are 5 deep waiting.Doesn't seem like a lot of common sense was used when budgeting these branches.
I am leaving Bank of America because they are way to busy closing branches close to me and forcing me to drive to the busiest branch on one of the most congested roads in town. Then you have to wait in line sometimes to the door because they only have two tellers and one of them will will have to close down for something. Mean while there is half a dozen workers standing around doing nothing. Bottom line is they don't want personal service anymore, they want you to use an ATM so they can cut staff and post higher profits. Th... read more
Not personalized in any way. They have a Drive thru, but won't open it. The ATMs work about 75% of the time & their hours are 9-3 Monday through Thursday.
