The worst bank ever. They had my customer on the phone for over an hour just to verify a check at a check cashing place. And this was after they told me they couldn’t cash it because I was a nonmember and it was over the nonmembers limit. Like what in the world. I always have problems with them. Like why wouldn’t you cash the check if you can see and if the funds are available?? That’s all that should matter.
This branch consists of 3 to 4 employees looking at you while you wait for the teller to get free. We are 5 deep waiting.Doesn't seem like a lot of common sense was used when budgeting these branches.
