I went to this branch to cash a check drawn on a Bank of America account. The check was in my name, and I was with the primary account holder of our Bank of America credit card. Bank of America’s fee schedule states that the check-cashing fee is waived if you have a credit card with them. However, the staff refused to waive it because I am an authorized user, completely ignoring the fact that the primary cardholder was standing right next to me. BOA is horrible! You can't get help with mobile banking. Period! I try to call to get assistance because I can't log in on my new device but, they keep trying to send a validation code within the mobile app! Ridiculous. Will be closing my account as fast as I possibly can!!!
