I had the most appalling and discriminatory experience with Bank of America, and as a Latino business owner, I am beyond frustrated. I went to the branch hoping to handle some important business matters, only to be treated with blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism. Thought i Posted This But I Must Have Forgot Just Thought About It And I Got Mad Months Later....Beginning of the Year I Won Some money and they Ruined it by not letting me Open an account cuz DMV Messed Up An put an A instead of a O in My Last Name on my ID I've Literally never had a Problem Anywhere Else🤦♂️Thank God The Folks At M&T Bank Aren't Dummies Open An Account Easy Check Cleared in a Week....It Was A State Issued lottery Check🤦♂️I Wouldn't Bank Here They might Assume Your A Scammer Based Off The Way You Look
Is one of the worst places to go too staff are rude clueless and have no knowledge with banking trust me go to td bank or something I can’t take my own money out of the account
