This has to be the worse Bank of America I have been too. There is no sense of urgency at all. I walked in to three tellers and a long line. Immediately the close down to 1 teller. The manager walked around and complained about not feeling well. It was the most unprofessional setting.
I had the most appalling and discriminatory experience with Bank of America, and as a Latino business owner, I am beyond frustrated. I went to the branch hoping to handle some important business matters, only to be treated with blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism. I was forced to wait for over TWO HOURS without any clear communication or urgency. Thought i Posted This But I Must Have Forgot Just Thought About It And I Got Mad Months Later....Beginning of the Year I Won Some money and they Ruined it by not letting me Open an account cuz DMV Messed Up An put an A instead of a O in My Last Name on my ID I've Literally never had a Problem Anywhere Else🤦♂️Thank God The Folks At M&T Bank Aren't Dummies Open An Account Easy Check Cleared in a Week....It Was A State Issued lottery Check🤦♂️I Wouldn't Bank Here They might Assume Your A Scammer Based Off The Way You Look
