Worst bank manager in the 30 years I've been a customer. Victoria could not understand debits and credits and said in a lobby full of people I had an overdraft. I've never overdrafted my account and had a $15k balance with her saying a $2k check was bounced. Back of America rejected my check I wrote a local vendor for as they thought it was fraudulent without contacting me. 9 years since original post and still nothing has changed. Waited 30 min while 3 employees were chatting it up. Original post: 1 hr. wait time just to get a card replacement. The staff did not do anything to speed up service.
I have tried to call to ask about currency… the First Lady was rushed out Mr on hold twice did even listen to my question and answered something else. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she answered angry telling me we can not help you getting your debit card early… saying it loud twice…I asked her to speak and I told her I am calling about getting Mexican pesos nothing about debit card… she said even tour it says 25 hours it won’t be ready on Monday.
