Lupita was really helpful and patient
Went to cash a check but had a printed signature on the check , cashed in my check 4 times here then the teller was very very rude and said I can no longer cash in my check here because of my signature and to no longer come here again , I have discover so there’s no physical location to go to, sorry lady I just wanted my money then and there instead of waiting days cashing it electronicallyesp since the check was from Bank of America……..
This is the slowest location. There’s literally no one in the bank and you’ll still wait 30 mins in line.
I'll start off with this: I haven't banked with BoA in over 8 years due to the terrible experiences I had with them. From micro fees, rude employees, charging an overdraft fee on an overdraft (if I couldn't pay the first overdraft what makes you think I'll be able to pay two?) The list was never endjng.
