Fast, efficient, and customer friendly.
Nice people but very slow. One or two clerks while the line is all the way to the front door is ridiculous. So many employees walking around but only two assisting is horrible.
I had an excellent experience with my mortgage loan process thanks to Ivonne Schunior and Gil Vanessa. Ivonne did a great job explaining everything in detail and making sure I understood each step. Both Ivonne and Vanessa followed up throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, clear communication, and dedication turned what could have been a complicated process into a great experience. I highly recommend working with them!
