Terrible service and the worst management in the entire Company. I drive 10 extra minutes to avoid this location.
Lorena super good, kind and sweet no sugar
I am a long standing business customer with Bank of America. This branch has no customer service value. They had me sit there and wait to open a new acct for 20 min while 4 CSR agents are standing there with hands in their pockets. Someone else walks in and they take him in immediately. Really sucks on how they treat their customers. Especially when I am a long standing business customer. Will never go there or refer anyone else to this bank.
I would like to share my appreciation for Lorena at Bank of America. She is truly the best of the best. Lorena is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help. She made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and pleasant. Her patience and dedication to excellent customer service really stand out.
