I had the most positive first experience with this branch. Silvia Guerra (Senior Banker) was the most attentive and patient person while helping me open an account. She gave me her time numerous times, I struggle with technology and phone applications. I lost my user id/ password and helped me again without hesitation. Felt welcomed every time. I will continue to use this location and look forward to many year to come with Bank of America.
One of the Worst Locations in Texas no doubt. That’s how bad it is. You will regret coming to this location. Even McDonald’s have a Superior and Faster service than them. People have been complaining for over 2yrs and you all haven’t fix the problems? 🤦🏻. They only have 1 teller during rush hours causing insane long waits. Their computers crash most of the time. The manager at this location made up fake policies to not allow us access to our money. Told us they couldn't use our credit card to find out account and needed a debit card to access our money. We went to another location and they allowed us access to our money and informed us there is no Bank of America policy regarding a required debit card and apologized for this locations mal practice with money.
