Update : The Business clients line is still useless. I don't understand why they have a business line. It is absolutely pointless. It's always the same thing I wait in business line and they help 3-4 people in the regular line before getting to business. Had I waited in the regular line I would have been helped before I actually did. I understand helping one from one line and then one from the other but that is never the case, it's absolutely ridiculous. Hice un depósito en el ATM, de 600$ y solo se cerró la cuenta y no se guardo el dinero en mi tarjeta, básicamente se quedó mi dinero, y no me dio recibo, ni nada, ahora estoy haciendo un reclamo y dicen que van a durar un mes para revisar que paso, ahora estoy esperando a ver si me quieren devolver mi dinero, es un ROBO!
