Every time I come here to use the drive up atm it won’t accept cash deposits. Or it only accepts a small amount of bills. I wish they were more on top of clearing the atms more often if this many ppl are using them

After 30 years as a BOA customer, it’s just no longer viable to keep any accounts with this bank. As a whole, it’s unbearable; customer service is just a middle finger to its customers. Online deposited an Insurance claim check; I have $75k allowed to deposit in online banking. Wasn’t NEAR that. Not even $18k, half my house is torn up. They bounced it back twice.
