I walk in open account people standing around telling me I have to make an appointment. They won't be one open for a couple of days. I guess they don't want my business.
This review is for, ALL of Bank of America. No particular branch. I've been so disappointed in BOA! 1st, the branch in Romeo, Mi was closed down with no warning at all! Good luck finding any branches beyond 23 mile rd. Every ATM at every branch is constantly having problems! We drive pretty far to deposit money. So, driving up to an Out Of Order ATM is extremely frustrating! I'm fed up with not being able to make deposits thru the ATM when I need to! I'm missing hours at work!
