This review is for, ALL of Bank of America. No particular branch. I've been so disappointed in BOA! 1st, the branch in Romeo, Mi was closed down with no warning at all! Good luck finding any branches beyond 23 mile rd. Every ATM at every branch is constantly having problems! We drive pretty far to deposit money. So, driving up to an Out Of Order ATM is extremely frustrating! I'm fed up with not being able to make deposits thru the ATM when I need to! I'm missing hours at work! This location has done an exceptional job with their customer service, being knowledgeable, and assisting me when needed. The employees are great as well. Always so pleasant and fun to talk to, keep up the great work BOA!
I got a bad attitude from the employers, randomly started receiving a $12 charge every month after having an account for years before hand. Ans i also paid my credit card bill a week before due and it hasn’t gone through and hurt my credit on multiple occasions. Not sure how they had the nerve to just take my money after i didn’t at account activation.
