Service is nonexistent at this location. If I didn't have so many accounts at BOA, I'd find a new bank.

It is a bank, so there isn't much to elaborate on. The staff members were pleasant, and the interior was clean, although it felt a bit dim. They no longer offer drive-thru tellers, and unfortunately, their drive-thru ATM consistently declines my mother's checks for deposit.
Very convenient bank. Everything goes smooth every single time. They have a bunch of Russian/Spanish/French speaking employees if needed.
