Excellent customer service. Always courteous & efficient staff. I’ve been with them 10 yrs.
I see these poor reviews of BOA on Atlantic Blvd and wonder if they are at the same BOA I use. I find the tellers friendly and helpful and have guided me. The Manager is always around to greet and help stream line and assist. I have worked with several of the gentlemen that work in the office- Jose, Frank and Juan. They have been patent and kind and helpful to me in my various domestic and international transactions. I am proud to call this branch my BOA.

The service at this branch is so frustrating. Long wait times, usually only 1 teller working and forget about the drive thru. Today I literally stood there, front of the line, only customer, while 2 employees never even acknowledged my existence until they were done on their screen. At least look in my direction and say it will be a few minutes? Nope.
They are NOT open on Saturday!
