I visited the Bank of America branch in Lutz, FL, with the clear intention of opening both a checking and savings account for my minor child. I specifically informed the agent, Carlos, about this from the beginning. Despite that, and with the involvement of the branch manager, Curleta Halley, they were unable to complete what should have been a routine process. Needed to quickly wire an escrow deposit. Everything went efficiently and everyone was helpful. I would recommend this bank.
Came to fill out some paperwork after I was told by a customer service supervisor over the phone to actually come to a branch The employee had no idea what I was talking about. Then he told me to call customer service. I asked him to do it for me. He called them from his office, asked me to come in, and left. I was in the office by myself pressing buttons on his phone.
