Set up new checking account as graduate student, went on family trip, called to check status of new checks ordered and told by very rude female that account was closed due to lack of information. BofA never contacted me regarding need for additional information. They just arbitrarily closed. Spoke with bank's supervisor who apologized for clerk's rude behavior. Told them I would not reapply. Then found that BofA has most complaints regarding customer service. I'll never go back.
