I was a defender of Banco America, I liked their attention, but you have to suffer it yourself, to realize that it is one of the entities that you can least count on for your business, they give you different information, and they don't give you solutions, only harm.

I visited the Bank of America branch in Lutz, FL, with the clear intention of opening both a checking and savings account for my minor child. I specifically informed the agent, Carlos, about this from the beginning. Despite that, and with the involvement of the branch manager, Curleta Halley, they were unable to complete what should have been a routine process.
