came today with my wife and were surprised how the employees headed by the manager can be so incompetent and do not want to accept the document issued to the girl. They demand a passport. Horrible.
They just have unskilled workers who can't even find me by my ID. Horrible.
I read the comments before I went and was very worried. But the staff super-carefully reminded me of every key point that needs attention, so as to avoid unnecessary mistakes. The gentleman who provided me was very polite and professional. Highly recommended.

I have used this branch of BofA for years and I always seek out Hulda Davis. She has helped us deal with scammers, issues with accounts and most recently the transition to widowhood and all the business that it entails. Hulda is professional, personable and most of all knowledgeable in dealing with some very complicated situations.
