BOFA provides many, many customer services. However, they have forgotten customer service. They will bend over backwards to open a new account for you. Need to do some investing? We have a person right here to handle that. Need to to deposit a check. We have a person for that as well. One person. Got kids in the car going to soccer practice and need to hit the drive thru? The customer service is just not there. I don’t bank with Bank of America but my job does so I am in here quite a bit and I can tell you I would never switch banks. So much of what makes a difference from one business to another is the relationship you can develop and this is not that business. From being ignored when you walk in the bank and unreasonable wait times I would just recommend banking somewhere else all together.
came today with my wife and were surprised how the employees headed by the manager can be so incompetent and do not want to accept the document issued to the girl. They demand a passport. Horrible.
They just have unskilled workers who can't even find me by my ID. Horrible.
I read the comments before I went and was very worried. But the staff super-carefully reminded me of every key point that needs attention, so as to avoid unnecessary mistakes. The gentleman who provided me was very polite and professional. Highly recommended.
