Literally the WORST branch if I could give ZERO rating, I would. Horrendous customer service. Inconsiderate of your time and generally just a waste of time trying to accomplish anything here. Closing my accounts and parting ways.
Had a friend who use to bank with them, and got rid of her account real quick because someone tried to deposit a fake check into her account. They didn't bother to even call and ask her if she knew about the check. The way it was handle was horrible. Avoid this branch.

I really dislike coming to this branch, but it’s the only one in my area. Every time I bring in a check, the staff act hesitant, make multiple phone calls, or even pull me aside for questioning. It’s frustrating, aggravating, and frankly disrespectful. I’ve cashed checks at other branches in Jacksonville without issue, so it’s hard not to notice the difference in treatment here.
