Slow is an understatement- Manager doesn’t care to jump in and help - AT ALL
So I am interested in obtaining a business loan. I guess banking is different because to be seen you need an appointment. So two days in a row I called and was told the individual would call back. I waited a couple hours both times but I had appointments and couldn't answer. So day three, I called again and was given a time for the loan officer to call me. I was supposed to receive a call by 4pm. It is now 6pm. This bank is obviously not interested in assisting customers.
Literally the WORST branch if I could give ZERO rating, I would. Horrendous customer service. Inconsiderate of your time and generally just a waste of time trying to accomplish anything here. Closing my accounts and parting ways.
Had a friend who use to bank with them, and got rid of her account real quick because someone tried to deposit a fake check into her account. They didn't bother to even call and ask her if she knew about the check. The way it was handle was horrible. Avoid this branch.
