I really dislike coming to this branch, but it’s the only one in my area. Every time I bring in a check, the staff act hesitant, make multiple phone calls, or even pull me aside for questioning. It’s frustrating, aggravating, and frankly disrespectful. I’ve cashed checks at other branches in Jacksonville without issue, so it’s hard not to notice the difference in treatment here. Great service from the manager to the bank tellers every time I had been there.Â
Just moved up to Middleburg from Miami. Went in without an appt to make a change of address, and I didn’t have to wait. They were very quick and efficient, I was out in 25 min. Excellent customer service!!Â
