By far the absolute worst bank in Clay County. They have no respect for their customers. I just stood in the lobby for a good ten minutes while not one other customer was in the building. The excuse when someone finally came out ... we're not sure if the system is ready to take your transaction. What they do is try to deture everyone from banking in person. I deposited a check in this bank and due to lack of information it was returned to me in a letter to my house. When I obtained the information I was missing, I went to this bank where they did not allow me to deposit the check again and they easily told me to deposit it in another bank. But I am grateful for being able to meet other people willing to help and understand the needs of their clients. They do not even deserve one star.
