I’m a new member. My first time coming in wasn’t very welcoming. They allow their favorites to skip the line getting serviced first when everyone else has been patiently waiting. Then when the issue is addressed they state that their people and they can’t just kick people out their office. When those same two people skipped the line and just walked directly into the office. I may I have chosen the wrong banking company.Billie was very nice and helpful. He would be the only reason I stay but I’m still unsure of staying
