Very disappointing experience. We waited for more than an hour at the bank and were ahead of other customers, yet no one came to assist us. One employee told us the wait would only be 15 minutes, but after waiting much longer with no updates or service, we decided to leave. Customers’ time should be respected. Because of this experience, we will never use this branch again
If you want to conduct any transactions with a representative, this is definitely not the right bank. The service is poor and very inefficient. Only one person is available to assist you. I really do not recommend the service at this location. One star is too much for this bank. Very bad experience.
