Reading negative comments I really want to visit the branch and check it out. I'm so excited.
Every time you go to any branch in any state they only have 1 teller. Sometimes if your lucky there is 2 tellers open yet there are several employees standing around. This is terrible customer service. I am currently standing in line with only 2 tellers. I have been waiting for 15 minutes while you have others just standing around. Why not have the people standing around help the tellers when the line is out the door? Makes no sense. I will take my business back to PNC.
I have a very bad headache headache with the ATM I can’t deposit neither to cancel the transaction neither to take my card back I have to wait until the machine decides to return my card.👎👎👎
