This Bank of America location operates with on 1 Bank teller which there is no drive thru services available. I ask the Bank Manager can he open another line due to long wait which the lady in front that was in line stated she has been waiting over 20 minutes, when the Bank manager could have simply open another service but he refused. I will never return business at this Bank of America location. The staff was so rude to the elderly. Been with Bank of America over 20 years. This will be the day I end my banking relationship with them.
