Disgusting service, just terrible service, there is an incompetent employee at the entrance, I categorically do not recommend visiting this institution!!! It's just terrible.
Recently in this month of July, 2024 , I needed some help for a senior friend. Joshua , a young financial executive couldn’t have helped me and three other BOA , customers MORE! He was extremely knowledgeable, very kind and extremely detailed!! The icing on the cake was his personality was fantastic! We sing his praises .. We’ve been been in this bank before and people are always kind and helpful, but Joshua was exceptional . Thank you !! T Catanzaro and three other customers!
They're only nice to Mexican customers. Look at the reviews the only good ones are from other mexicans. The workers are rude and unprofessional, and the manager condones and joins in on the behavior. Yelling so loud the person I was on the phone with heard them. Bank of America needs to clean up shop at this branch!
