Worst experience at a bank in my life. Made an appointment for 1pm and wasn't seen til 1:20. The branch manager Todd was extremely unhelpful and refused to accept all the documents I had on my phone. He never once asked me my name or what exactly I was there to notarize. He got up and walked away from me after inviting me to sit down. I'll never step foot in that bank again.
Excellent branch! Superb customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. I'm very grateful for their care and courtesy. The interior is very cozy.
