I have been a B.O.A customer for over 25 years, and by far this is worst branch in existence! always, dirty in and around building, and my main complaint, is all 3 ATMs always have some sort of issue, mainly will not accept cash deposits or if it does they freeze in mid transaction !! and if you tell 1 of the staff, they just brush you off likes it not there problem !! This branch needs to be closed/renovated or re-staffed, starting with management!!
Told I have to open an acct to cash a US treasury check. It's always been 8 dollars if you're not a customer. I see now why reviews are 2 star
It is regrettable that in the 21st century, we experience episodes of racism like the one I experienced today at this Bank of America branch, involving Mr. Buddy and Mr. Bill. I recommend that the banking institution send this type of staff to take courses in human relations and customer service.
Horrible services, long wait times, they took away like 3 teller, they make you to wait so much longer now.
