Can’t get no one to answer the phone.
I would never recommend Bank of America to anyone. I went to this specific branch to start an account. Just to be notified via email that my account will be closed for not verifying my identity after I started it with an agent at a branch. Before the account was closed I deposited a check that had a hold. I was told that check would be sent back to me in the mail. The address that was on the account was the wrong address(again an agent set up my account). I was told I would have to wait 21 days before they can reissue anothe... read more
Absolutely the worst branch I have ever visited. Very unprofessional and horrid customer service. I had a very simple issue, another bank error, they seem to have a lot of them. I needed to change the address because for some reason they mixed up my address with my Moms. Oh yeah, once I did get someone to "acknowledge" me, I was told thanks for being a "Platinum" Preferred client! LOL! What bank opens from 10am-4pm Monday Friday?? This is so ridiculous. The credit union across the street opens at 8. The stores in the same Plaza opens between 7-9am. I personally don't bank with them but my job does. I have never liked BOA. Please check your business hours.
