Every time I have to come to this location it’s always crowded and the business client lines can have 1-2 ppl and they will have you waiting it’s always a 30min or more wait. It’s horrible at this location Not sure what made our owners switch to them but wish they would have stayed with Chase. Never had to wait more than 5mins and the customer service is way better At Bank of America here they simply seem like they are always too busy to even assist!
By far the worst branch in Jacksonville. A mile long line with only 1/2 tellers working while everyone else that works there just walks around. ATM has stolen my money numerous times so I’m always stuck waiting FOREVER in line. Should’ve never closed Monument bc now we’re stuck at the worst branch EVER!!!
I don’t agree with a single bad review! This bank branch is absolute favorite! I’ve never had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes, and the service has always been excellent. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Vera Palau, who has always handled all my questions quickly and professionally! A huge plus of this branch is that they have Russian-speaking employees — something you don’t find everywhere.
Had a such great experience with Vera! She answered all my questions and helped me to set up my Life Plan!
