This bank is always so slow. You have a line of people and only 1 teller. The sloth in Costa Rica move faster.
If you're patient and kind, your turn will come and you'll handle all your business on the spot. This is the best bank and staff I've ever met in Jacksonville. The service is top-notch. I love it. I really enjoy coming back here. And Vera is a very nice employee. She always helps you no matter what stage you're at with your banking needs. This branch is truly filled with nice people.
Every time I have to come to this location it’s always crowded and the business client lines can have 1-2 ppl and they will have you waiting it’s always a 30min or more wait. It’s horrible at this location Not sure what made our owners switch to them but wish they would have stayed with Chase. Never had to wait more than 5mins and the customer service is way better At Bank of America here they simply seem like they are always too busy to even assist!
