I’m very disappointed with my experience at Bank of America. I went in regarding online bill payments that were sent through Wells Fargo, and I simply wanted to stop the payments and have the funds returned to my account. Instead of listening and trying to understand the situation, the employees kept repeating that the checks were “Wells Fargo checks” and acted like it was completely unrelated to Bank of America.
