ATM ate over $1000 of cash and then broke. Didn’t give me a receipt…ate my card and malfunctioned after. now this branch doesn’t answer calls for 10 mins and then are giving me the run around... my money is missing & they don’t give AF. Was giving this branch a shot. Glad I didn’t transfer all my funds here from my other bank. They want me to file a claim.. when they atm # told me they need to run their numbers to give me back my money. So I’m getting the run around from the bank and the atm company.
