I can never get anyone to answer the phone when I have general questions. This is not an isolated incident and I DON'T WANT TO SETUP AN APPOINTMENT just to get a few general questions answered!
I don’t frequent a bank location often because of the inconvenience but when I had to go in and seek assistance Ms. Jimenez made me feel comfortable and created a very welcoming atmosphere that has me engaged.
