Never in my life have I been INTERROGATED for wanting to withdraw money for a trip. Mind you, a trip to celebrate me being two years free of cancer. I was so excited to get the money and was quickly confronted by an associate, Stephanie (?) who asked me who I was texting, I looked at her strangely and replied, "my mother." Thank you to Ms. Stephanie Sparkman for the help today had to get information needed by my mortgage lender which another location made very difficult. She was able to help me which allowed me to wrap up the process and finalize my move from the midwest west(Chicago Land area) to Jacksonville. Thank you again for making this process less crazy.Â
Complete incompetence. No sense of urgency. Cannot help me with a simple fee. Refuses to escalate to the manager because she’s off today. Jesus Mercade is not the right guy for the job. Over 30 minutes wasted, and the issue is still not resolved.Â
