Had a really great experience working with Samuel. Super easy to talk to and made everything feel simple and straightforward. He took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. You can tell he really cares about helping and not just getting you in and out.

Excellent service at this branch by Luis Quijano. He ensured and helped us in every way he possibly could to make sure we were able to do what we needed. He stayed late until after closing hours to ensure our application was processed as we were travelling. Thank you Luis for your professionalism and all your help.
We have been waiting in line for over 20 minutes with only 1 teller working and 3 people behind us. There was a second teller who wasn’t helping anyone, saw everyone standing there but still got up and left.
19 customers in this store and only 2 super slow tellers. And one just went to the back and now there is only 1 teller. Hire somebody new already.
