Went in to add my wife on my account. Two banners were helping other customers in their cubicle so we waited. One banker finished and instead of taking care of us, she took care of other Spanish speaking people that came in 10-25 minutes after us. The second banker finished with her customer and we still waited for another 15 minutes. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS
no one picks up phone and you’ll wait for 45 min for service. fire everyone and shut down this branch. lol now down to 2.7 stars, they keep getting worse.
Grizel was awesome... Did the very very helpful. Maria was super beautiful love her action.... Janice was super duper good to me.. Bianca love her... Angel good person.. always helpful ..Lisa always got my back..
