They would not give me a cashiers’ check for funds from a bonus check that were ALREADY cleared in my bank account. The manager and the teller’s point of argument was because the company had spelt their name wrong. The company DID NOT spell their name wrong. UPDATE: they closed all 3 of my accounts. No one picks up the calls while customers have issues it’s really unprofessional and upsetting.
Do not bank here if you have a small business…..they will tell you anything you want to hear when you open the account but then will not support you at all on the back end….do not bank here for small business
