"Temporarily" closed. Wife trying to replace ATM card, got 0 response using online website to order, even after several attempts and several weeks of waiting. Not even an email. Only remaining branch is busy busy busy.
Bank of America in general is the worst you can do business with. They don't care about the normal everyday customer. They close branches early change hours without notice. In this region they've closed all drive-thrus at all banks. but they haven't closed drive-thrus in the larger cities like Miami Orlando etc. now during the cove the virus they've closed their branches they have two branches open in the entire city. Very rude ! Terrible customer service ! I Will not be back!
This was the first time I had visited this branch today, and what seemed like the manager Felicia was her name. I was completely appalled by her lack of professionalism in front of customers none the less. Felicia was standing over an employee at the teller window. Felicia’s demeanor was completely expressing her frustration not only with the employee but as well as the customer.
