Very helpful and friendly to this non-customer getting a credit card cash advance. I was very impressed.
Teller was rude. She was not following Bank of America policies and did not like being called out on that. This is not the first negative experience had there......but it will be the last. I have closed my account.
So far so good, I have been with BOA for 20 + years! I like them very convenient. Do I ever had some issues? Yes, but nothing major and they are always there to assist.
Poor customer service, Long wait times for assistance!
