I want to share my wonderful experience with John Piccard-Naughton. I came into the Richmond Rd location with an issue I had been dealing with for four months. The branch was closing in about 35 minutes and seemed a bit understaffed. When I asked for help, I was told to schedule an appointment and come back another day.
