I opened a new account in 1 hour only the staff were very friendly and helpful.
So far so good, I have been with BOA for 20 + years! I like them very convenient. Do I ever had some issues? Yes, but nothing major and they are always there to assist. 8/1/26 updated Unfortunately, I have to move some money around. They do not offer High Yield savings account.
