I want to share my wonderful experience with John Piccard-Naughton. I came into the Richmond Rd location with an issue I had been dealing with for four months. The branch was closing in about 35 minutes and seemed a bit understaffed. When I asked for help, I was told to schedule an appointment and come back another day. Useless.
Drive-thru windows have been closed. Usually a wait inside. The staff pushes deposits to be done at the ATM. I don't always want to do that especially when it's a lot of money or with very crisp dollars. They can get stuck. The inside is small, quiet, usually hot. Quiet, as in, everyone can hear your business. Staff is friendly, despite it being an awkward experience inside. ATM has been extremely slow the last few times I used it and only 1 was in service.
