Always a super slow experience, a minimum 30-45 minute wait to do anything in there, always seems like there aren’t enough employees. Also, I don’t understand why there’s a business line and a regular line when they don’t care about that and let whoever go to any desk.
There’s always a line out the door to be serviced with one bank teller behind the window. Not to mention the fact that I was trying to withdraw money with the teller because I lost my card no way the other teller walks up to me and ask how much am I withdrawing in front of a line full of customers. Be for real. Hire more people you clearly need the help. I hate this bank
The lady that handles the business account horrible lack of service and communication, I don’t want to waste my energy or time to express myself because it’s not worth the time to just avoid this place you’ll waste 2 hours of your time just sitting down till flossing so she could rush you and it provide you the same communication or service as other customers, she’s picking and choosing who she gives her effort to make business with
They have many employees, but they do not know how to work. They tell me to go to another bank.
