Slowest service. Have one person working the window with a ten person line while other workers just sit at there desks or talk and socialize. Had two woman working a fax machine and chatting for 15 minutes while guests watched them through the window. Another lady just standing at the door “greeting” people as they walked in. We were never attended to, we waited for about an hour and no one understood us.
Was told the wait time to set up a pin for a business account’s debit card is 45 min. Most business owners don’t have that kind of luxury.
