I'm afraid it can never be better than two stars at least since boa took out all the ATMs but one. At this stage the only way you can get more stars is if you installed some kind of speaker that starts telling the person how long they've been there after 2 minutes and every 30 seconds after. I believe it is called "time shaming".
I was advised to visit the branch in person to work through some account changes. When I arrived to the branch the employees seem disingenuous and provided different information from the customer service representative I spoke to a couple hours prior. I regret banking with this institution.
Went to go cash a check lady told me my funds would be available Saturday at midnight so we went ahead to make the deposit next day but weren’t not available. She lied to me after I told her it was important for me to have Cash available soon to pay my mortgage And it’s obvious to me this didn’t matter to her. Then I come to find out she flagged me for fraud. It has been the most stressful 48 hours of my life. Once this gets cleared up, I’m going to close my account out. I will never visit them ever again.
