If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had. The staff was disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I paid $15 for a cashier's check, but the cashier misspelled the payee's name. When I pointed out the mistake and asked them to correct it, they told me I would have to pay another $15 for a new check—even though the error was entirely theirs. Fast and friendly service.
Susan truly helped me after going multiple times to a farther Bank of America I almost gave up but then boom I met her! She was awesome the best got the job done I felt right at home and she was very caring and understanding! I will be back here! The other lady that was signing me in and helping me she gave me a charger and was very helpful as well!
They are rude. The employee refused to let me speak to her manager, made me wait for a long time, wouldn't cash my check, and behaved in an extremely rude—and at the same time, racist—manner, without being able to explain the reason why. I do not recommend wasting your time trying to cash a check at this bank
