This is the branch on Warwick Blvd near the corner of Denbigh blvd. I am concerned about the staff's attitude at this location. They come across as unapproachable, and unlike other branches that welcome walk-ins, they strictly require appointments. I have repeatedly suggested that my parents switch banks, but they remain loyal to this branch after 30 years.
Angela was so professional. I need to make some changes to my account. And she made the process quick and easy while I had limited time. She was super friendly and I’ll definitely be coming back to this bank Location for any other needs.
Had an issue with my app and a nice lady helped me out. Great customer service and very understanding staff.
