Had an issue with my app and a nice lady helped me out. Great customer service and very understanding staff.
Several times, for business matters, I have called this branch. 1 out of every 4 times someone might pick up. The automated system does not allow the leaving of messages. This forces me to then close my office to go ask a 15 second question or get clarification when a simple phone call would have solved the issue. Update 5/8/2025 Still doesn't answer the phone or allow phone messages.
They used to be so rude and was not pleasant to talk with but now I think the staff have changed and I see the big improvement!
Five Stars! Great quality, friendly service, and smooth transaction. Absolutely satisfied.
