It was nice and convenient location to go to before the pandemic. Now it’s been too long of it being temporary closed. I’m not sure of the reason but I hope they can reopen or if they’re going to continue being temporary closed than maybe give an explanation why. Maybe a renovation or staffing? Idk
The branch is pretty clean and the people who work there seem to care about what’s important to the client. They always take care what my initial needs are and never had a problem. I don’t understand the previous rating from seven months ago. They were closed at that time and when I asked an employee when they reopened because they were closed since March i was told they just reopened in mid August. Very Poor Customer Service! They should be sent for Re-Training on GOOD MANNERS & RIGHT CONDUCT especially during this DIFFICULT TIMES!!! No kindness or courtesy in person or on the phone! Please remember, No one is indispensable!!!
