This is the second time BofA has closed its doors to inside banking, Moorpark and the Simi Valley locations leaving us stranded, they blame it on Covid 19. BofA do not care about its customers
First off horrible customer service I had to wait on the phone for so long this has happened multiple times, I don’t know why a place thats hold peoples money has such bad customer service they make it so difficult to talk to a real person. I do not recommend try online banks like Discovery or Ally, especially for your savings account if you need a checking account here I get it but if you need a savings account try one of those other banks. Bank of America is so trash first of all let’s start with my first issue of just this week my checking account is supposed to decline charges that overdraft if it isn’t a subscription. The account got over charged this week for a purchase from a store not subscription. The last time I set up this account with a team member they assured me many times that my account would not be over charged, but it did.
