I've called several times in the past two week and nobody answers the phone. This isn't acceptable!!!

This is the second time BofA has closed its doors to inside banking, Moorpark and the Simi Valley locations leaving us stranded, they blame it on Covid 19. BofA do not care about its customers
First off horrible customer service I had to wait on the phone for so long this has happened multiple times, I don’t know why a place thats hold peoples money has such bad customer service they make it so difficult to talk to a real person. I do not recommend try online banks like Discovery or Ally, especially for your savings account if you need a checking account here I get it but if you need a savings account try one of those other banks.
