.I just came to cash my checks, there was a long queue and only 1 cashier. I really needed to go to the toilet, but they do NOT have a toilet for customers! And here I have a choice: to put on my pants or lose a lot of time in the queue,
This bank and branch are useless. My Dads account was hacked and it’s been a headache with this bank nearly every day for months. The last piece of the puzzle is a direct deposit to a nonprofit (Chase account). This guy suggests the only way to do it is with Zelle. I’m sorry what?? They charge fees for business transactions.
