This bank and branch are useless. My Dads account was hacked and it’s been a headache with this bank nearly every day for months. The last piece of the puzzle is a direct deposit to a nonprofit (Chase account). This guy suggests the only way to do it is with Zelle. I’m sorry what?? They charge fees for business transactions. had a bad experience trying to cash a check that was a bank of america check. They weren’t rude but didn’t offer any help at all or answer my questions.
