Never, not once has your branch answered the phone, multiple attempts over multiple days/weeks. Why? Do I really have to drive 10 miles to the only B of A location in Malibu to ask a question when it can be can be resolved over the phone.Â
A teller named Alma, I don't know, but I came politely to ask for something, but she's in a bad mood to be honest, and then I was asking her things about what I needed because I'm new at the bank and she answered me all upset and I feel like A client should receive the best possible treatment.Â
