I contacted customer service beforehand and was clearly told that I could obtain the required document from the nearest branch on the same day. Based on that information, I visited this branch, even though I normally use other Bank of America locations. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff seemed unwilling to assist and showed no effort to provide a solution.
