I contacted customer service beforehand and was clearly told that I could obtain the required document from the nearest branch on the same day. Based on that information, I visited this branch, even though I normally use other Bank of America locations. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff seemed unwilling to assist and showed no effort to provide a solution. Always one or two tellers... Management seems to not know how to run a facility like this with smooth operations.... Bank of America needs to facilitate the employment incharge to have the initiate all hands on deck when they see 3-4 or more people it just ridiculous to have to stand for over 30-47 min for a teller are you kidding me.
