Manager is very rude I will be contacting corporate and the media concerning this branch there needs to be an investigation and I will be filing a complaint and law suit of discrimination with this company please don’t do business with this company

This bank has been robbing me of $12 every month this whole year. Boa has really gone down. They would rather lose a long time customer of 10+years than refunding a measley $12. I will be immediately moving all my money to a different bank. Bye bye boa

I became a victim of fraudsters. I was sent a check from (as it turned out later) an account that was closed and had no funds. bofa accepted the check, and only a week later they notified me that the check was not legit and that now I am obliged to pay off the debt with MY money. I contacted the police with a statement, there is a case now, there is the full name of the owner of the closed account from which I was issued an illegitimate check, and nevertheless the bank requests these funds from ME! Manager is definitely rude . And cut me off while I was explaining something to her. Basically tried calling me a liar .. like it’s my fault my customer was “ inconsistent with his writing”. They could have just called him to approove but they want to be lazy . And be “inconsistent with their job”
