I been banking with BOA for so many years now and I just want to say that Tina Was Very professional and help and very caring with my needs thank you Tina for your help.
I was there a few months ago. The purpose of the visit was to cash a check. Unfortunately, the teller was of no help. As a matter of fact, she gave us no answer as to why the check couldn't be cashed. She asked if we we had an account with bank of america. When we said no she said she couldn't help us. The account from which the money was issued from was from a BOA account.
